Hairstyles of Your Favorite Shows You Can Create at Home

We’ve all been there. You’re watching your favorite show and you become obsessed with one of the star’s hairstyles. You might think that it would be impossible to recreate at home. These shows have whole teams of hairstylists on hand to get these looks, right? Well, this is true, but you can still recreate these stunning dos at home. Just take a look at our favorites below.

Maddy Perez – Euphoria

Euphoria is packed with iconic 00s-inspired outfits and hairstyles, and Maddy, played by Alexa Demie, is our style Queen. She started the second series off with a gorgeous hairstyle that’s super simple to recreate at home – you just need a hairbrush and a zig-zag hairband.

First, brush your hair out. Maddy has straight hair for this look, so run a flat iron through your hair if needed. Then simply push the zig-zag hairband through the front of your hair to the middle of your head. Tease and backcomb the section of your hair behind the hairband to create volume at the crown. Use a gel to smooth down flyaways and if you have edges, style them with curls down your face.

Cassie Howard – Euphoria

Cassie, played by Sydney Sweeney, is no stranger to her own iconic Euphoria hairstyles. Our favorite is this soft look – and the best part is, you won’t even need to wake up at 4am to get it right!

To achieve this look, part your hair in the middle and then softly curl your hair with tongs or a flat iron. Think loose, beachy waves, rather than tight ringlets! You want this to look effortless. Once all your hair is styled, take two small sections of hair on either side of your hair to create two tight braids. Secure them with a mini elastic – Cassie goes for clear, but if you want to make it more fun, choose a color to match your outfit or makeup.

Sabrina Spellman – The Chilling Adventure of Sabrina

Sabrina, played by Kiernan Shipka, might live in a town that seems perpetually in Fall, but her hairstyle is a look that can be rocked all year round. Ideally, you’ll have bleach blonde hair and a lightly layered bob, but we recommend getting a professional to cut and color your hair. To banish brassiness between washes and to keep your hair looking gorgeous and healthy, use our Pearl Blonde Glaze Super Gloss. We’re not saying it’s magic, but we think Sabrina would be impressed with the results!

Once you have the right cut and color, you just need to style your hair to match Sabrina’s. You’ll want to gently curl the ends to add some shape and movement and tuck the front sections behind your ears. Finish with Sabrina’s iconic black headband – or go for red, if you’re feeling more ‘Queen of Hell’!

Daphne Bridgerton – Bridgerton

When the first season of Bridgerton came out during lockdown, Daphne gave everyone who’s ever cut their bangs too short hope. Daphne, played by Phoebe Dynevor, actually made the short curtain bangs look good, especially when paired with her array of half-up-half-down and up-dos.

Our favorite Daphne look was the slicked-back bun. The slightly waved curtain bangs soften the look and bring an elegant Regency look. The key to getting this right is to banish frizz, so make sure to use a deep conditioning treatment to keep hair glossy and shiny. Separate a couple of sections from your bun to curl, twist, and pin – some clever bobby pin placement will be needed here! Finish with a floral piece (bonus points if you match the color to your dress!) and live your best Regency life!

Olivia Pope – Scandal

Olivia Pope, played by Kerry Washington, always exudes style and sophistication in Scandal, no matter what’s going down in D.C. Our favorite was this classic blow-out with the subtle curl on the ends. To recreate this at home, you’ll just need a rounded brush and a hairdryer or your flat irons – and a chic power suit to really encapsulate Olivia.

The key to this look is for healthy hair so use a deep conditioning treatment before you attempt the style, like our Super Gloss color depositing hair masks. Pick from our 10 color matching shades and apply to damp or dry hair. Leave for 10 minutes and rinse to get nourished and glossy hair, ready for Olivia’s blow-out style.

Betty Cooper – Riverdale

Betty, played by Lili Reinhart, is known for her good-girl image in Riverdale – and we think her hairstyle has something to do with it. Embodying a girl-next-door vibe, Betty’s slicked-back ponytail can easily be achieved at home. Simply brush your hair back into a high ponytail and use a pomade to tame any flyaways. Then use curling tongs to gently curl the ends of the pony for the true high school sweetheart look.

For a more natural look, banish the frizz with a conditioning treatment, so you can have the smooth ponytail without the need for extra products. Glaze Super Gloss acts as a tinted moisturizer for your hair, not only bringing back the vibrancy of the color, but also leaving it with a mirror-glaze shine and extraordinary softness.
